TIKTOK DATA POLICY

RCMG Live integrates with TikTok's Login Kit to allow users to connect their TikTok account to our multi-platform live streaming platform.

This document describes exactly what data we access from TikTok, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. This policy specifically covers the TikTok integration; for our broader data practices, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

When you choose to connect your TikTok account, we request the user.info.basic scope only. This provides access to:

• TikTok User ID (open_id): A unique identifier provided by TikTok to recognize your account within our app.
• Display Name: Your public name on TikTok, used to identify your connected account on our dashboard.
• Profile Avatar URL: A link to your TikTok profile picture, optionally displayed in your RCMG Live profile.

We also store OAuth access and refresh tokens provided by TikTok. These tokens are used solely to maintain the authorized connection between your RCMG Live account and TikTok's streaming services.

• Identification: We use your TikTok User ID and Display Name to link your TikTok identity to your RCMG Live creator profile.
• Streaming Connectivity: OAuth tokens are used to facilitate the technical connection required for multi-platform streaming. This allows us to push your stream to TikTok when you initiate a "Go Live" action.
• Profile Personalization: Your Avatar URL may be used to visually represent your connected platform within our interface.

We do NOT post to TikTok on your behalf without your explicit action. We do NOT share your TikTok data with any third-party marketing firms or data brokers.

Your security is our priority. TikTok data is handled with the following safeguards:

• Encryption: All OAuth tokens (access and refresh) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
• Secure Transit: Data exchanged between RCMG Live and TikTok's APIs is always transmitted via secure HTTPS (TLS) connections.
• Server-Side Only: Sensitive tokens are never stored on your local device or browser; they reside exclusively in our secure cloud database.

We only keep your TikTok data for as long as it is necessary to provide our services:

• Active Connection: Data is retained while your TikTok account remains connected to RCMG Live.
• Manual Disconnect: You can disconnect TikTok at any time via the "Connected Platforms" section of your Dashboard. This immediately deactivates the connection and marks the tokens for deletion.
• Revoking Access: You can revoke RCMG Live's access directly from your TikTok account: Go to TikTok → Settings & Privacy → Security → Apps and Websites.
• Final Deletion: Upon account deletion or platform disconnection, all associated TikTok data (user ID, display name, tokens) is permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.

As a user, you maintain full control over your data:

• Access: You can request a copy of the TikTok-related data we hold by emailing siresorose@rcmglive.com.
• Portability: You have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Deletion: You can request full deletion of your TikTok data at any time by disconnecting the service or contacting our support team.
