Transaction Data: Details of diamond purchases, subscription payments, and cashout requests via PayPal. We do not store full credit card details.
Stream Data: History of your broadcasts, viewer statistics, gifts received, and battle results.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including device info, IP address, and feature usage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the RCMG Live platform.
To process transactions and manage your diamond wallet.
To facilitate multi-platform streaming through your connected accounts.
To calculate rankings and maintain the global leaderboard.
To communicate important service updates and provide customer support.

4. Platform Connections (TikTok & Others)

Your TikTok OAuth tokens and other platform stream keys are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. RCMG Live only uses these tokens to facilitate the streaming services you explicitly initiate. We do not post content to your social media accounts without your direct action.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only with service providers essential to our operations, such as PayPal for processing payments and cashouts, and only to the extent necessary to perform those services.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Stream history and gift records are generally retained for up to 2 years. When an account is deleted, we aim to remove all associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access, update, or delete your personal information through your dashboard.
Revoke TikTok or other platform permissions at any time through their respective security settings.
Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Opt-out of non-essential communications.

8. Security

We implement robust security measures, including encryption of sensitive tokens at rest and in transit. All financial transactions are handled by PayPal, ensuring that RCMG Live never stores your sensitive payment card numbers on our servers.

9. Children's Privacy

RCMG Live is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete the information immediately.
