1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RCMG Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RCMG Live. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with explicit parental or legal guardian consent and supervision.

3. Platform Description

RCMG Live is a multi-platform live streaming ecosystem designed for creators to broadcast, engage with audiences, and monetize their content through diamonds, virtual gifts, battles, and leaderboard competitions.

4. Diamond Currency

Diamonds are the virtual currency of RCMG Live. They have no guaranteed real-world value outside of the platform's redemption system.

Cashable Diamonds: Earned through streaming, receiving gifts, and winning battles. These may be exchanged for real currency at a rate of 100 diamonds = $1 USD via PayPal, subject to platform verification.
Non-Cashable Diamonds: Diamonds granted by administrators, won through specific promotional events, or received as bonuses. These cannot be cashed out and are intended for platform engagement only.
Non-Refundable: All diamond purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Monthly and yearly PRO subscriptions are processed via PayPal.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your account settings or PayPal dashboard.
No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

6. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in harassment, fraud, or abuse of platform mechanics (including the gift and robbery systems). Streamers are solely responsible for the content of their broadcasts. Connections to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) must comply with the respective platform's Terms of Service.

7. Virtual Gifts & Robbery Kit

Virtual gifts are digital items with no inherent real-world value beyond their diamond conversion potential. The 'Robbery Kit' is a purely fictional game mechanic used for entertainment within the platform ecosystem; no actual theft or illegal activity is implied or permitted.

8. Prohibited Content

Content that includes nudity, explicit violence, illegal activities, hate speech, or copyright violations is strictly prohibited. RCMG Live reserves the right to terminate streams and ban accounts that violate these standards immediately.

9. Account Termination

RCMG Live reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these terms. Upon termination for a violation, any remaining cashable diamond balances may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

RCMG Live is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We make no guarantees regarding platform uptime or continuous service. RCMG Live is not liable for any loss of earnings or data resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, or account suspensions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with at least 30 days' notice via the platform or email.
